Smoky Mountain Children's Home
Smoky Mountain Children’s Home (a Church of God ministry) is a residential child caring and child placement agency located in Sevierville, Tennessee, in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.
Operating under the auspices of the Care Ministries, the Home has been caring for homeless children and youth since 1920. From a small, six-room house with four children and a matron, the Home has grown and developed into a modern, group care facility with an emphasis on treatment and rehabilitation.
Specifically, each year on Mother’s Day an offering designated for the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home is received in churches across America. Many other things may be collected for the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home such as: Campbell’s soup and frozen food labels, V-8 labels, Vlasic pickle labels or lids, and many others. For a complete list of items to redeem, contact the Smoky Mountain Children’s Home (Smoky Mountain Children’s Home, P.O. Box 4391, Sevierville, TN 37894, Phone: 865-453-4644, www.smch.cc.)
